The simple "make money" Formula
this is the simple formula for making money online
its TRAFFIC + CONVERSIONS = CASH

its pretty much how you make money online
the problem is that a lot of people get one or two,  you know...

- they get one or the other or both wrong!

so either they don't send enough traffic in them so they don't see enough conversions, 
they don't make their cash or...

if they got enough traffic coming through, they don't enough conversions 
therefor they don't make their cash.

So these two elements there is something wrong, that is why your not making enough cash

you need to figure out which element it is and they both go hand in hand. Some people think if i just spend more money in traffic,  i'll make more money but if you don't have something that's converting...

- No matter how much money you spend its never going to work, 
   its never gonna give you the cash con the back!

So lets start with the traffic part and then move on to the conversions part.
Myth #1 all traffic is of the Same Value
So for traffic there is essentially 3 type of traffic, there is; COLD, WARM and HOT.


-- So COLD traffic is essentially: no one that knows you.

you are advertising to them for the very first time, no one knows who you are, they've never heard from you...it's basically any traffic that you personally don't own.

any form of paid traffic....is essentially cold traffic because your targeting people that are new people.


-- Then there is WARM traffic; the kinda people that are on your list.

they kind of know about you but they haven't bought anything from you or they bought a little from you
and they're still getting to know you, they know of you, they know of your brand 

but they are still getting to know WHO you are and WHAT you do....that kinda stuff.


-- And then there is HOT traffic; this is essentially your buyers.

People who have bought from you, repeat customers. They know you, they know what your about, 
they know what you do and within reason no matter what you do they will still end up 
buying your stuff so that is HOT traffic.

So we got 3 levels of traffic; Cold, Warm and Hot.

So the BIGGEST mistake people make is that they treat all 3 levels the same, so its the same
messaging that goes out to all three types of people and that's kinda like wrong.

The think you want to FOCUS on is : How to turn cold traffic into warm traffic Hot buyers.....okay?

So how do we take someone from there (cold) through to here (hot) because that's 
the bit that grows your business. This is all existing customers so there is only a certain 
level you can GROW your business with that. 

That is the one that you want to focus on because that is what brings in new customers
will grow your business further.

That's predominantly what i do and how we turn cold people, people who never heard form shaqir, 
don't know who he is and how we turn them essentially into hot buyers.

And that is the one focus area you all need to do in order to grow your business thus figuring out how do i turn Cold prospects into hungry HOT buyers

Myth #2 facebook should Convert the sale
So a couple MISTAKES that a lot of people make and that i noticed is that a lot of people think
that facebook should convert the sale. 

They run some facebook traffic and their like leave it for two or three days and then 
dahm i've not got any sales and this is why because they think that:

-- "why facebook is not converting?"

but its NOT facebook's job to convert the sale, that's the job of what ever websites of sales funnel you have. That's the thing that should do the converting. 

Facebook's job is simple to send people to your website.

As long as it's doing that, the conversions part is down to you. 
You need to figure out why it's not converting. 
So that's what i mean when i said earlier;
"A lot of people get either the traffic part wrong
or the conversion part wrong"
And this is one of those areas where people
have sent traffic through, "dahm, i can't get 
any sales from facebook". 

But they don't look at the BIGGER PICTURE like

of what is happening on the website, what 
are the reasons that people might not be buying
from the website, so they don't focus on the
conversion part, they focus on the traffic part.
Facebook's job is NEVER to do the selling,
the selling is done on your website.  

-- Facebook is simply to send people to your website!
Myth #3 likes, shares & comments Result in sales
Now a lot of people also are about getting likes, shares and comments and that's all good...

but i don't really focus on it because it doesn't get conversions, 
Only taking a specific action. 

Whether that action be buying something or registering for something. The conversions is what will get people into your sales funnels. Likes, shares etc DOESN'T so i don't really focus on it.

Some people do, but i don't...I just want to go direct for what ever it is, whatever action i need them to take whether that's to register or to buy something and that is what i focus on.
Myth #4 you have to profit from your advertising Immediately
The other MISTAKE is see is that a lot of people think that you have to like profit immediately,
so ok i'm sending like stuff through from facebook and i've spent $5 and 

-- i've not made any money back!

And that is not really the way that i approach it because we have a SALES FUNNEL, 
i think over the weekend, obviously some people, sean or others have gone 
through about sales funnels.

-- You have a sales funnel and its about the customers journey. (see image below)

Sometimes it can take a day for people to go thru the entire sales funnels or sometimes it will take
four or five days but we look at things over like a week, three, five ten and thirty day period...

As long as we kinda like...get the money coming back, we are happy to wait, 30 days or 
60 days for that money to come back. 

We don't look at profiting immediately because it will take a little bit of 
figuring out how to build a relationship with that person. 

It's not always going to work the first time, so i say we're about getting people into out sales funnels
and then nurturing them, building a relationship and then eventually they will turn into buyer.

So we may spend £25,000 pounds on a facebook campaign but like five days later we may only have £5,000 pounds return, That's fine because we know our sales funnels is working for us in the 
background obviously return us the money, so just HANG ON in there is basically the message.

-- Don't expect it to all come back in immediately on the first day!

as long as you have other things going on in the background like; email followup and 
people following up with them then the sales process is doing its job and it will 
eventually start coming back to you.

Myth #5 your ads have to be all Original 
I want to go through the PROCESS that i go through in order to build out our campaigns
and make sure that your on the right track.

-- The very first thing i do is; i start building out an ads database!

what i mean is that we're all obviously using facebook and i simply just copy and paste ads,
so i see other people running ads, i just take a screen shot and i put it all into a document.

I have like over a thousand ads of other people and that's simply competitive research
seeing what other competitors are doing and it's also going to help me later because 
these are people that are SPENDING MONEY on facebook.

So some ads are going to be good and some ads are going to be bad but it gives me an idea of the KIND OF MESSAGING people are putting out, the KIND OF IMAGES people are putting or using 
and it shows me WHAT MY COMPETITORS ARE DOING.

So i get an idea, And as i said...

if i ever GET STUCK on what to write for an ad or how to structure an ad, i can just go
into that database and look at it and get some ideas and get some inspirations.
The correct point of View if your stuck
There's a few reasons as i said i do it; 

-- Competitive intelligence, to get ideas, to figure out what other people are doing! 

And basically just be in the HABIT of whenever you see a good ad or any ad,
just make a note of it, put it together

I got like a thousand now or more then a thousand probably of ads so i just login i can take a look and get some inspirations.So we all use facebook but i'm using facebook slightly differently.

i'm using seeing it from a marketers point of view rather then a consumers point of view.
